Shipping Processing time is usually pretty quick and I aim to have all orders dispatched within two working days of receiving payment. If for whatever reason this isn't possible you will be notified.When it comes to delivery I use a certified Courier or the Royal Mail who I trust to deliver your product(s) safely and securely. Orders over £50 may require a signature upon delivery, this is for safety and security reasons so your parcel ends up exactly where it needs to be.
Once posted and in transit to you, I unfortunately can not take full responsibility for your purchased good. It becomes the couriers responsibility to deliver your parcel safely and on time. If there is any issues though I will do my best to resolve it straight away. If you're placing a large order and would like extra insurance or a specific delivery method please get in touch so we can discuss it further via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I can not take responsibility for any Custom Fee charges if applicable, please research if these charges apply to your Country before placing your order as it is your responsibility to pay them.
I understand that sometimes there can be a urgency to receive online goods (for that family members birthday you forgot about, we've all done it). If you are in a hurry to get your products then just send me an email at email@example.com before placing your order I will do my best to sort something out. Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by my couriers but I can make your order a top priority and offer express postage.
At peak times such as Christmas, deliveries can take a bit longer so if you need something before the day please order early.
I hope that you will love with the products you've purchased from me and will find no reason to return them. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your products then I will accept returns within 7 working days upon receiving your items. This excludes the sales of printed garments which unfortunately can not be returned because of buyers remorse so please read the size guides and compare to garments you already own to guarantee a correctly fitting garment. If you do feel the need to return a product I ask that you email me firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. For any refunds I expect products to be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
In the unlikely and very disappointing event that your products arrive broken or damaged, I require you the customer to photograph the damage and email me as soon as possible, at least within 2 days of of receiving goods, to email@example.com. I hope this is never the case but, shit happens and I will do everything I can to rectify the issue with a full refund or exchange.
Postage Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will have the postage costs deducted.
I, unfortunately, cannot cover return postage costs. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage from your post office.
By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you the customer are confirming that you are 18 years old or over, otherwise you will have permission from your parent or legal guardian. All products remain the property of Jack Perkins Art until payment is received for both product and postage.
I accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe, a secure payment system powered by shopify. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. All payments made are extremely secure through Stripe and we do not store any sensitive payment information.
I price my products fairly and work hard to supply the highest quality goods at the best price I can manage, I do however reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notice.
If I have made a mistake and you the customer have purchased a product that is sold out, I will be truly sorry and offer a full refund or suggest an exchange if there is an appropriate one to be made. I create small batch products meaning they are made in limited runs. This means that I may sell out of products however I strive to have a constant supply of my wares.
I only sell products that are either entirely made and designed by me or in the case of printed items the graphics are designed by me. Due to this there is often slight quirks of difference in each product, whether it is a change in the wood grain or the shade of the leather hide. These variances help make each product unique and this is all part of the process of making.
I use natural lighting to show off all my products and do my best to give a true representation of the product and its colours. It is possible that colours may vary slightly to the ones you see on your screen. I also try to give the most accurate measurements possible for each product and have size guides for all garments but please be aware these may vary a touch as each item is unique and even printed garments are made by people.
Your privacy is important to me and any personal information that I receive is entirely confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
